Voucher policy
The €450 voucher serves as an advance payment for joining either the Cetacean Sanctuary Research (CSR) in the Ligurian Sea, Italy, or the Ionian Dolphin Project (IDP) in western Greece.
When you purchase a voucher, an email will be automatically sent with a link to download the voucher. It comes along with a unique redemption code and instructions for its redemption.
To book your expedition, simply apply the voucher code at checkout or in the cart where indicated to subtract the voucher amount.
If the voucher isn’t used in the current season, it remains valid until December 31 of the following year. After that, a refund will be issued minus a €40 administrative fee.
